Thanks a lot buddy i hope u get ur approval asap.God bless u can u send me a link where i can get an idea how much time it will take for interview. Thanks again

Your next step is NVC. They have to assign you a number of your case. Here is the link to the thread that will give you an idea how long it takes to get that number:

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/451208-waiting-for-nvc-case-number/

Judging from the forum it takes around 40 days to get that number. Although some cases are different and it may take longer or faster.

Once you get your case number and pay for further processing, you submit all those required forms like DS 260, etc. I see that NVC accepts them pretty fast. Although they have slowed down a bit recently. And if everything is sharp and clean with your forms and you'll not get any additional requests from NVC, they will transfer your case to the embassy for the interview. I hope that F2 category will be still current by that time, which is around December or January. Then it depends on the Embassy when they will call your loved one for the interview. Best case scenario is February-March. I don't even want to think about worst case scenario. Trying to cheer myself up with the optimistic forecast:)

Good luck to you and be blessed

You are welcome, sukhi4498

And now don't lose time. Start preparing all the necessary civil documents from you and your spouse (beneficiary)

Documents from the beneficiary:

1. Certified copy of translation of a birth certificate

2. Certified original of translation of a police certificate

3. Copy of international passport

4. 2x passport photos (make sure to sign name of beneficiary and case # on the back of each photo)

5. Certified copy of translation of your marriage certificate (yes, once again)

And your financial documentation to prove that you are legible to be your beneficiary's sponsor or looking for a joint sponsor if your annual income is less than ~$20,000. You'll find all the instructions in the thread line NVC process. Here is the link: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/423515-nvc-process/page-99

It's always good to be prepared. Once you get your case number from NVC you'll send all the documents ASAP

Good luck
