PD is March 04, 2013. I just called USCIS and spoke to tier 2 and they said, "As of today, your file is being transferred to the Nebraska Service Center." The case status online has not changed and it still says Initial reveiw, "your case was received on March 4..............................................."

Can u elaborate ur category or how u got ur green card so these things do depned

Good question, I would like to know that as well. Does anyone know how long does it take once I-130 is approved for spouse to come to US? Assume priority date stays current for most of us.

are you f2a category?? your case was transferred nov 7 to nebraska?

I wonder why the green card or LPR? petitioner has their file approved faster than the USC.

maybe because f2a visa bulletin is current and much visas from this category are wasted.. so uscis manpower are working on f2a category before the visa bulletin retrogress ....plus it is not really fast like what you think because ours stays long at nvc processing too, specially if there are no visa available not like USC... and the Good Lord heard our prayers good.gif you will get yours do not worry..

are you USCitizen( IR-1/CR-1) or permanent resident/ greencard holder (f2a) ?

cos your category says F2a meaning if you are the petitioner you are a greencard holder...
