dry.png yes no approval on this thread, no approval on nvc case completion, and no case number from NVC this week.. well atleast on the threads that i am following... dunno what happened... maybe they are all on vacationwhistling.gifheadbonk.gif ... but NVC gave interview letters this week a lot of ILs well at least it was moving pretty fast.innocent.gif

Anybody got new approvals from nebraska, it is kinda quite these days

Good question, I would like to know that as well. Does anyone know how long does it take once I-130 is approved for spouse to come to US? Assume priority date stays current for most of us.

05/22/2013- I-`30 Sent

05/24/2013 - Priority Date

05/29/2013- NOA 1 Hardcopy Received

09/09/2013 - Transfer Notice: VSC to NSC

11/06/2013 - NOA2- Approved

11/08/2013 - Case Shipped to NVC

11/11/2013 - NOA2 Hardcopy Received

NVC Stage

12/18/2013- Received Case Number & IIN (Recieved on phone: 12/17/2013)

12/19/2013- DS-261 generated & filled

12/20/2013- AOS fee bil generated & paid

12/24/2013- IV Pakcet fee bill generated

12/26/2013- IV Packet fee paid

01/04/2014- DS-260 filled & submitted online

02/04/2014 - AOS Packet sent

01/15/2014 - IV Packet Sent

02/08/2014 - Received FALSE Checklist

03/03/2014 - Received Checklist for AOS

03/10/2014 - Shipped AOS Checklist response to NVC

September 20, 2013 - Case touched

November 14, 2013 - NOA 2

Case shipped to DOS - November 19, 2013

NVC Stage

December 11, 2013 - NVC received my case

December 30, 2013 - NVC case number issued

January 2, 2013 - NVC issued invoice number

January 13, 2013 - DS261 filled out

January 15, 2013 - AOS invoice received and paid

January 17, 2013 - AOS package sent

January 21, 2014 - Fed ex delivered package (NVC confirmed receipt on 22nd)

January 21, 2014 - IV fee invoice received and paid

January 22, 2014 - IV documents sent (payment in process but cleared from bank)

January 23, 2014 - submitted DS260 form, iv documents delivered per fedex (24th per NVC)

February 12, 2014 - received fake checklist for IV package

February 21, 2014 - Case completed (by phone)

April 2, 2014 - Called and got interview date May 13, 2014

May 13, 2014 - Counsel needed some time to to review docs

May 27, 2014 - Interview round two and visa approved

June 2, 2014 - Visa pick up date

So wat does that mean??? u will b getting approval next week or its just a regular address change confirmation from uscis. can u plz elaborate it.IF it is approval notification then it might b june in couple of weeks time as ur PD is of MAY. But i can c so many cases approved with CSC whose PD is in Sep. Thank u in advance god bless u

hi would you plz tell me how did you apgrade your case from permanent to us citizen, i called uscis they give me a fax number to send a copy of my certificate to nvc but didnt wanna go throw will you help me plz ?

you mean 3 days back you got it.

Hi I'm new to this forum. My case was originally in vermont but got transferred to Nebraska on September 9th my priority day is May 21. I just received an email yesterday for a RFE. I don't know what they are asking for yet. I guess I have to wait for the letter to arrive to see what it is that they need.

If USCIS has already approved you and your file is @ NVC, call NVC or follow this link

If you are stil in uscis stage, call them and tell them to open a service request as you are now a citizen. Very simple.

I have changed address of my husband online 3 days back. And due to that, i have received update address has been changed.
