USCIS website updated the processing times for each service center... Nebraska I 130 shows as October 1, 2012... I really hope that is a mistake because as of last week they were processing April and one May case according to what we can folli in this forum. Best luck to everyone.

12/1/05 - I130 Approved
5/31/10 - Sent I360-VAWA (self-petition)
12/1/10 - VAWA APPROVED!!!
12/15/10 - Sent I485 y I765
2/1/11 - Fingerprints done
3/15/11 - Card/Document Production for I765
3/21/11 - Received EAD, intereview letter and I also applied for Social Security
3/27/11 - Received Social Security Card
4/19/11 - Interview for AOS. IO said I had to apply for a waiver
6/17/11 - Sent waiver package
8/1/11 - Received welcome letter dated 7/27/11
8/1/11 - Card/Production ordered for I485
8/4/11 - Received Green Card. Thank you Lord!!!!!
N-400 JOURNEY (Apply while stationed in Germany - military husband)
12/28/11 - Applied for naturalization based on 319(b)
1/11/12 - Check Cashed
1/21/12 - Received NOA dated January 11, 2012
2/15/12 - Place in line for interview scheduling
3/8/12 - Scheduled for Interview
3/21/12 - Interview/Oath. I'M A UNITED STATES CITIZEN!!!

6/11/12 - Submitted I-130 package to US Embassy in Germany.
8/31/12 - I-130 Approved.
10/10/12 - I called NVC and received via email DS-3032 and AOS bill.
10/11/12 - AOS PAID.
10/15/12 - My mom sent via email the executed DS-3032.
11/2/12 - IV PAID.
01/29/13 - Sent IV package and it was delivered 2/6/13.
2/6/13 - Sent AOS package and it was delivered 2/13/13.
2/16/13 - Received email from NVC with checklist.
2/20/13 - CASE COMPLETED
2/22/13 - Sent photos as per checklist and they were delivered 2/26/13.
2/27/13 - Received email saying that they had all necessary documentation.
3/6/13 - Received email scheduling interview for 4/12/13.

4/12/13 - Passed Interview. 5/20/13 - Entered USA.

7/4/13 - Submitted I-130 package.

12/6/13 - I-130 Approved. 12/9/13 - I-130 shipped to NVC.

Anybody got new approvals from nebraska, it is kinda quite these days

Good question, I would like to know that as well. Does anyone know how long does it take once I-130 is approved for spouse to come to US? Assume priority date stays current for most of us.

Hi Nanitao

Its not for permanent resident spouse. Read again a third column which is 'basis for petition'. The date of 1 Oct,2012 is for US Citizsn spouse,parent n child.

You may have misunderstanding.

Do not worry. Everything is ok with our F2A.

yes @nanitao i think there is no f2a category on nebraska service center page, it is just available on vermont and california service center page,,

at vermont page it says

I-130 Petition for Alien Relative Permanent resident filling for a spouse or child under 21 March 27, 2013

so i think they are processing march27 2013 and so on.... usually those who doesnt have noa2 before mar27 2013 got RFE (request for evidence) or still under review... cos VSC approved april cases..yes.gif i agree with ssff do not worry.. you guys are good.... just hope and pray that u will not get RFE!good.gif

November 14, 2013 - NOA 2

Case shipped to DOS - November 19, 2013

NVC Stage

December 11, 2013 - NVC received my case

December 30, 2013 - NVC case number issued

January 2, 2013 - NVC issued invoice number

January 13, 2013 - DS261 filled out

January 15, 2013 - AOS invoice received and paid

January 17, 2013 - AOS package sent

January 21, 2014 - Fed ex delivered package (NVC confirmed receipt on 22nd)

January 21, 2014 - IV fee invoice received and paid

January 22, 2014 - IV documents sent (payment in process but cleared from bank)

January 23, 2014 - submitted DS260 form, iv documents delivered per fedex (24th per NVC)

February 12, 2014 - received fake checklist for IV package

February 21, 2014 - Case completed (by phone)

April 2, 2014 - Called and got interview date May 13, 2014

May 13, 2014 - Counsel needed some time to to review docs

May 27, 2014 - Interview round two and visa approved

Good morning people, people who are conosco August 26 and are already approved, these people are in vermont but have never been transferred... September also who are in california, hopefully soon we will get to us nebraska, as I see it is the center that is more retarded, slow ... to spend a nice day

09/16/2013 transferred to Nebraska

09/20/2013 received in Nebraska

Not a single approval this week. Was very hopeful that they will clear all pending cases for May this week.So hopefully in November we will b getting some kind of response for sure. god bless u guys

Dont worry buddy it wont retrogress for next few months. Even if goes back it will b still 2013. But i have read and posted a link 2 that say PD for f2a category will remain as it is for next few months. Since ur PD is Aug u r on safe side. God bless u all
