Good question, I would like to know that as well. Does anyone know how long does it take once I-130 is approved for spouse to come to US? Assume priority date stays current for most of us.

It seems so.

Her language is not understandable to me.

But my date of transfer as well as PD is same.

I hope that we may receive approval in this upcoming week.

Interesting to know that IR-1/CR-1 were also transferred to NSC.

iamwhatiam80, even thought they are saying that only -130, Petition for Alien Relative, filed by U.S. citizens for their eligible immediate relative (spouse, child, or parent) are being transferred they also transferred my petition for my 6 year old sister at the same time as my dad's. smile.png

Oh. I thought only petitions of spouses of Permanent residents were transferred.

Well, you never know.

2 days gone no approval for may PD. I hope gud news shud b cuming sooner than later. was hope full that they r approving each month in a week.any news from anyone. PD is june 12th 2013. Transferred to NSC on sep 10th 2013.God bless u all who r waiting 2 unite with there luved 1's.
