as per USCIS website:

"We have recently updated the USCIS website at www.uscis.gov with processing times for Form I-130 cases filed by U.S. citizens for their eligible immediate relatives. Please check the processing times for your petition before inquiring about your case. Please also note that, if your case is transferred to another USCIS office, you should refer to the processing times for the office that has received your case."

This is for U.S. citizens but I think the case is similar for LPR as well. if so than VSC cut off dates are March 27, 2013 as of August 31, 2013. Which again seems not real as February PD guys got approved recently in October.

First of all thanks buddy, folks who applied in april got approved last week. Meanwhile i130 case transferred from VSC to NSC for f2a category. processing time for NSC i130 is not showing on uscis website. But the national average is 5 months for the approval of i130 f2a category for LPR. you can call NSC directly and if you call uscis they just read what is there on website. They dont know which months NSC is processing but they say average processing time is 5 months.

Hi , i am new to this thread , i was reading this thread from some time , just want to let u guys know that my PD is april 22 , 2013 and my case was transferred from VSC to NSC on 5 sep , today i got email saying that my address is changed , hope this is the last step and i will receive approval soon , Thanks to all of you for all the information u r providing here and for all hope u guys are giving to everyone....

Buddy keep patience. For June filers, nothing will happen this month.

Expect some movement by November 2nd week. They are going month by month. This is my best guess.

I see from the list there are few stragglers in 2012, I wonder if they have somewhat complicated cases like having green card from green card marriage. Mine should be plain vanilla, my green card was through employment, first marriage and PD is 25th Feb and still no updates.

Nothing yet! As my PD is May,2013! Its almost 1 and a half month of trsnsfer to NSC...Waiting with hope!
