I-130 transferred to Nebraska Service Center

I am not in than category. I do not have even a speeding ticket in last 5 yrs.

Thanks Doc731, its good to know at least your case could be delayed because of previous marriage situation. My case should be simple. Its my first marriage and she is from my home country but a few weeks back I run across an article which was very scary. I know a couple myself who has to wait for nearly 3 years and the guy was US Citizen.

I do think we should raise our concern on some level.

Doc731, even in your case, divorces does happen. As long as both parties doesn't have no criminal record and there is no obvious indication that the marriage is in bad faith, they should delay the cases at least by this big margin.

I just called USCIS and talked to tier 2 officer as my PD is 2/15/13. They said wait for 160 days.

Even though USCIS.gov shows the processing date of 3/27/13, he said USC is processing cases of october.

No answere why they are taking so long.

Last week I got a later from them my case is in additional review. I am not sure what they are reviewing. Althoguh I got a green card from previous marriage but I applied after 3 yrs of this.

Doesn't matter anymore as in 3 months I will be US citizen as well. Hope to get my form approve sooner

if you got GC from a marriage to a US citizen/LPR and then got the permanent green card thru a waiver, then the 5 years rule will apply on you if you petition your spouse.

Expect lots of scrutiny if you applied before the 5 year mark from the date you got your original green card issue.

I have 3 case pending with a PD of April 3, 2013. I just got one of the I-130 approval today. Case was trasfer from the Vermont Center to Nebraska Center on September 4th, 2013.

Waiting for the other two approval.

Yes all of them are April 3rd, 2013 priority date. Not sure why one got approved and the other two no response.

I called uscis customer service number yesterday and i asked them that nebraska service center i130 petition time for approval. But they read what was availble on uscis website. Same case here. We just have a weeks difference.

Your PD is June. They are working on March/April cases. hang in there.

Reynaldomoya, congrats i am happy to see an april 2013 case got approved. I thought NSC stopped moving... Now i can see the light again.. Haha i was getting hopeless the past few days but now i know they are working on april cases..

Actually this case is for my mother whose is a LPR and filed for all children under 21. All I-485 have been submitted and today I got notice for biometric. All the cases are for daughters and the one that got approve is 18, now waiting for the next two that are 20 and 11

reynaldomoya,If i got it right all the beneficiary are already here in US. Good luck approval will be there soon.. At least they dont need to suffer from being away with a loved one
