I-130 transferred to Nebraska Service Center

You said you got NOA2 in June. NOA2 means approval from USCIS and then file goes to NVC.

I dont think you got final approval from USCIS, just a transfer notice.

You should call USCIS and talk to supervisor. Its been a long time since you applied.

yes its been transferred to one of the uscis office... even they dnt mention d uscis office but m sure its CSC cz its been filed there only... so hw can go abou it ...plz suggest

Alvictor, pls review the last letter you received from uscis if it was transferred they will indicate the office your case was transferred. Or just call uscis and ask where is your case.

When you call them, request to be transferred to a level 2 officer. they have more information about the case. talking to the agent is of no use.

you applied last year. you should have been approved by now.

On this thread I have seen people getting I-130 approval after few hours after this notification..but in my case it's been more than 5 days and still no approval.

not few hours i thought people got approval in a few days, hope you will get approval this coming week. dont forget to let us know when you get approval
