Just got an update on my case "On October 9, 2013, your address was changed relating to the I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION ".

It has been near one month from 09/12/2013 until now. I still not approve yet So sad. Hope it would be more faster

My PD is Jan 18 and case transferred to Nebraska on Aug 23. My husband (a PR) petitioned for me to come to the US. I saw in the signature of some people that while their I-130 is processing, they have already filed their I-485. Can I do the same? Is there a website where they have listed these instructions? My I-130 is in process, I am hoping it will be approved soon. Any help will be appreciated.

Hi my PD is april 29, 2013 and my case is being transfer to NSC last sept. 5 2013 from VSC.

MY Priority Date is on April 29, 2013

Case is being transferred to Nebraska on September 5 , 2013.

transfered and bein processed on September 16, 2013.

My case transfer to nsc on sep 4 2013. nsc received at sep 10 2013.

still not approve.

Just wondering whether I can add my kid to already existing petition or do I need to file a fresh I-130 for the kid and start his application from the beginning.

I hope I can add my kid to my wife's application.

The baby can be your wife's derivative on her F2A petition. No need to file a separate i-130 for the child.

You will have to inform NVC about the baby. Send an email and a scanned copy of your child's birth certificate.

Get the child a passport ASAP too.
