I-130 transferred to Nebraska Service Center

I was hoping to get approval next week, but if NSC still working with Feb and with the cases that was transferred in Aug, probably i won't get approval next week

seems like it, it is just most of the people were getting approval within a month of transfer, but now it is a bit slower

I also observed that there are no new transfers to nebraska center lately. Anyone noticed the same thing? Mine was transfered on 2nd week of september.if they are slowing down i hope they will approve cases in order so that no one will feel that their cases are left behind

yeah i didnt see any new transfers at the end of September as well, maybe they transferred those whose pd is current per visa bulletin than stopped

Everything depends on November bulletin.

My lawyer called them 2 weeks ago and they said in 2 weeks u will get response.

The response I got was your case is under review by an officcer and we could not provide you time frame of processing. What a mess? Seems like these people do not want to work efficiently. How much time they want to take?

Hopefully by this month end I will here good news.

give them atleast maximum of 3 months after transfer, mine was transferred august 12 but was approved sep 27 its more than one month of waiting... it wont hurt you if u less expect.. some 2012 filers still waiting from NSC... but still transfer is a good thing specially if it was transferred to nebraska... just hope that they will not ask for RFE cos it will add more days for your waiting .. i am happy that they are working on 2013 cases. hope all you guys on this thread will be approved before december cos NVC is another waiting game plus embassy too .. Gods Best!
