I-130 transferred to Nebraska Service Center

Hi,

My Case is till pending at NSC and just wondering in the mean time i would like to prepare the documents that i need to send to NVC once my case is approved.

If any of you have a check list could you please spot so it will be really useful for those who are still waiting for NOA2.

I received this notice today and am a bit surprised because we did not apply for change of address. my pd is 12.28.12

usually that means that they are looking at your case. you will soon get rfe or approval. all the best.

My case was transferred on Aug 20 from VSC to Nebraska and approved on Sep 27 2013. Yours should be on its way.

i will go for oath ceremony this month , do you think if i became a us citizen will speed up this process a little bit, i really hope my husband will get his visa before 2014 i hope so .

Hi we are on the same boat. I miss my daughter to so much. If you read the whole thread usually after you received a transfer notice its more or less than a month. BUT all cases are different so I dont want to give you wrong information here thats just what i observed happening lately. so lets just Hope that our cases will be approved soon. Me too im still waiting for the approval. case was transferred on 9/16/13.
