Hiii vjs! I've got a question. My husband (USC) wants to file an I130 for his dad and his stepmom (married since 1985). Besides all the regular document and obviously the i130 form? What other FORMS does he needs to send? Is one for both or each? And how much is the fee for both? Thanks

How old was he when the father married the step mother ?

Each person needs their own petition and documention of petitionable relationship. For the father the long birth cerificate for the step mom also proof that the marraige occured while the petitioner was still a child.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
