Getting married to "mom relative" sounds like a recipe for disaster. I think you mean "my relative". Is this person your cousin? Are you Arab/Muslim? If so, it's pretty normal in the culture so no worries about that, though being approved or not may depend on the state you intend to live in here in the US. California (if that is where you intend to file from and live) permits first cousin marriage and does not render void existing marriages between cousins. You must disclose you are related to USCIS when filing the petition.
