When you count household size you haev to include the other person also so your size would be you + ( kids) + friends now hubby + your fiance so at least 3 people Do you make enough ?

Nigeria is correct- you can sponsor as many people as you want, as long as your income is high enough.

Is your friend co-sponsoring as well?

If he is, I do not see why you should have a problem, except if taking the extra person increases your household size such that you now do not make enough for every body.

If he didn't make enough to sponsor himself and his wife when his household was 2 and he needed you as a Joint Sponsor, does he now make enough for a household of 3 (him, his wife, and your wife) to be your Joint Sponsor?

Yes. If your friend does not make enough, then you will need a Joint Sponsor.

If you had not been a Joint Sponsor for your friend, you would have been able to sponsor your wife by yourself. Because you helped your friend, you will now need your own Joint Sponsor.

those have a duration of 90 days past the POE date.

if you ONLY co-sponsered yer friend's fiance on an I-134 - then is most likely that by the time YOUR I-134 is adjudicated,

the duration on the prior I-134 is way past.

so - tell us what's what - were you a joint on an I-134 or an I-864 ?

For sponsoring did you complete the I-134 or the I-864 ? Makes a difference.

im pretty sure it was I-134 because she needed the rest from me so she could completed the amount they had ask her to have to support her fiancé.

If you only filled the I-134 before her fiance came to the USA, then that it not legally binding and you do not need to count your friend's fiance in your household. If you field the I-864 (some embassies require it, but mostly it is used in the Adjustment of Status AFTER entry to the USA and marriage), then you need to count the guy.
