This was found after the Interview and they sent the Petetion Back to USCIS?

Yes after embassy interview. Denied sent back to USCIS for NOIR. This is one of the charges married 4 times only two listed.

Wow!,so who and how did they find out that you didn't list all of your Marriages..

I would gather background checks either by embassy or when it got back to USCIS.

And again its not me.

OK....I provide suma my 2 cents.......

It's easy to do a simple investigation to find one's previous marriages. Various computer data bases will review all the names associated with yours. And a simple check with the dept of vital statistics of the locale that you listed as having previously resided will take the investigator there.

In lament terms, it's really easy to find out if one have previously been married. It's something that even I can do at the luxury of my own home. So if I can do it, the USCIS can certainly do it.

But my 2 cents is worth a hunna bucks.........

so....um..deb.....I'll ah....send you a bill? :)
