OMG..... Omitted 2 Divorce Decree's from I-130 Petition. HELP!!!

Here's the deal submitted I-130 way back when and included 2 of my divorces. But I been previously married 2 other times (yes thats 4 divorces). Now getting ready to submit evidence with NOIR to get reaffirmed. And immigration has stated "petitioner has two prior marriages which she has not reported on the I-130 petition as required. She has also not submitted divorce documents indicating that the marriages have been lawfully terminated, and therefore may still be married.

Immigration thinks i may be still married so i know they want to verify I was really divorced and we were divorced legally. I have all decree's now to submit with evidence.

Do you see this being an issue that these decree's were forgotten?

Will they look at this as misrepresentation?

What can i write in letter in NOIR to show that it was merely an omission?

obviously photocopies of the divorce decrees need to accompany the evidence for the NOIR and hope for the best. Not sure why anyone would purposely not include this stuff?

It sure looks like misrepresentation but if there is a good explanation sent in, hope for the best.

Petitioner LPR upgraded to USC June 22, 2012
August 22, 2012: case complete
October 18, 2012: Interview (APPROVED)
October 26, 2012: Picked up visa from DHL (delay caused by Sandy)
December 15, 2012: POE Atlanta....................became USC July 2016!!!!

Mothers' Journey (My sister is the petitioner)

September 10, 2013: Sent I-130 (UPS next day service)

September 12, 2013: Received text to confirm delivery

September 16, 2013: Received NOA 1

March 22, 2014: Received NOA 2

April 8, 2014: File Received by NVC

May 26, 2015: Interview (approved)..........now LPR (delays caused by 2 RFE)
