J1 AOS

Hi guys,

First time posting as I'm about to embark (like so many of you have done) on a marriage based AOS. Me (British Citizen) and my fiance are marrying in 6 weeks around 10 days before my J1 expires. I just wanted to double check I had all the correct documentation printed out to send off to USCIS. If anyone has done anything similar and has any pointers on what I'm missing then that would be fantastic. Here it is:

-Copies of both our birth certificates.

-Copy of our marriage certificate

-Copy of my J1 visa documentation.

-i-765.

-I-130 with supporting G-325A

I-485 with supporting G-325A and supporting I-864

-I-864. We have a joint sponser who will be filling this. Also have my fiances I-864 and supporting docs.

-Copy of my I-94 front and back

-Both of passports (does this have to be the real thing or are copies ok?)

-My full medical exam in a sealed envelope.

-Copy of our joint bank account bank statement.

-Original Advance Parole Support Letter (me only)

-Original Employment Verification Letter (me only)

-Affidavits from family and friends confirming validity of marriage

-Copy of my tax return. My fiance doesn't do tax returns (she has stipends and works charity) and also our joint sponsors tax returns.

-Copies of co-mingling. Joint bank account, lease agreement, renters insurance, will, car insurance.

-photographs of us together. wedding photographs.

- copy of wedding invitation.

Phew! I think that's what I have from my research so far. If anyone has any questions regarding more information about my status then please let me know!
