Hello everyone, I just want to share this.I have a friend who is also an I-130 f2a category via (California service Center)also from PHL she was petitioned by her husband last August 22, 2013, surprisingly and i don't know how could be this possible because she got her approval notice(NOA2) only last September 23, 2013, it only took her 1 month. Mine is April 29, 2013 and still no (NOA2). I couldn't believe so i confirmed it to her husband and he says it's true. On her status it indicates as post decision activity.I think they were now waiting for the choice of agent letter.

Did your friend get her NVC case number?

She is still waiting for it. Her husband told him they can have it after 30 days.

Very possible even without requesting for expedite.

There were F2A filers who got approved within 20 days.

Just hope for the best. good.gif

Wow that was super fast for you. I can only pray and hope it is for me too. PD 09/09/2013 and i am anxiously waiting. Can you give me a list of the documents you submitted for proof of marriage? We just submitted a photocopy of our marriage certificate as proof of marriage. No pics at all. I hope yours gets approved soon. :-)

Even if it does get approved and if your case was at CSC they are taking their own sweet time to send it to NVC.

Oh thank you for responding. This has given me fresh hope as i have been wondering if i would get a RFE for not enough evidence.

Yes my case is at CSC. I think i would just worry about NOA2 for nowbiggrin.png as my PD(09-09-13) falls after the Current PDsad.png . Nevertheless, i am hoping for the best..
