anybody who can ans me right now?today i just sent the choice of agent(ds261) and its in their system now...so how long before i recieve the IV processing invoice fee?do they send it to me thru emai?

They could have just frozen the PD at OCT 8, 2011 instead of putting CURRENT. Now, tourist visa holders using it to adjust status is just annoying, jumping ahead of those who are helplessly waiting.

sounds like still current???sounds great!!!!but the is the processing its so long....!!!my pd is july 2012 and still waiting my visa processing fee invoice.its been almost 4 weeks now since i send my chiice of address and agent!!!

4 weeks!!!wacko.png Mine took 2 weeks (Choice of Agent approval) and my PD is July 6th 2012. I hope you receive a good response soon!!sleep.png

08.05.2013 Case # and Invoice ID # received. DS-3032 sent via e-mail

08.07.2013 Received AOS fee invoice via e-mail. Paid AOS fee $88

My pd is July 2011 and case ia complete sense July 2013 for F2a if it changes before my interview they sd my baby would loose her visa oportinity untill is current again....

No, she will not because even if there's a retrogression I don't think it will go as far back as mid 2011. Don't worry.

ok this is what happened my wife send her choice of agent last aug 13 thru mail...i called nvc last last aug 26 and they dont have yet..just today i checked our case then still not in their system and it says there that we need to use the ds261 so i fill up already and surely its in their system now coz i recived the verification...so is it 2 weeks since i send it thru email now???
