yes.

F2A Category: F2A category is expected to retrogress in October VB. Based on number crunching, it could retrogress to between May 2012 and Nov 2012. USCIS is approving I-130 cases in just 3-4 weeks. This is much much faster than the processing time of around 20 months listed on their official website. We will be adding NVC tracker for FB applicants in GC Tracker soon.

Hello guys , my pd is 01-03-2012 And I got my ao2 on April 26th 2013 ... I am still waiting for my case to be completed , can you please tell how long it takes ? And how long I have to wait till I get my wife's IL After case is completed ? And do u guys think that a visa will be available by the time my wife has the interview?

They have to review your AOS and IV docs for 30 business days and if everything is ok then they will email you that you that your case is completed. The earlier you get case complete, the higher chance your wife gets an interview letter because everybody is anticipating for the Retrogression for Oct visa bulletin
