K-1 Visa London, using new MRV payment service

Hi everyone, first time poster here as I haven't had any issues with my K-1 visa application up until this point (the final hurdle).

My interview is scheduled for this Friday in London (16/07/13). I have all the required documentation, everything sent off to london that should have been and copies ready to go etc. The final step was paying the embassy fee beforehand using the new system (post 26th July) and paying the additional optional courier fee. Payment was processed at the time, two weeks ago at the time of writing (31st July). My account information indicates that the next step is simply to attend the interview.

However I am also required to print off the application confirmation sheet from that website, which as I understand it is required for access to the embassy? Now when I try to access this page I get the following error message :

"We're sorry, but something went wrong.

We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly."

Now this has been the case for two weeks now, and with my interview date rapidly approaching I'm getting anxious. I have contacted the website contact number on two occasions. To get to speak to an operator was in itself a lengthy process. But they were far from helpful. The first operator said to wait it out and there was nothing else she could do. The second said as much and passed my passport details to his supervisor too but that's it. I've emailed their support address as well as emailing the embassy to try to figure out what I'm to do.

Has any else had any such issue with this new system at all? Should my letter from the embassy with the appointment details be sufficient to gain access? Surely they can confirm that I've paid the fee's etc. it's hardly my fault that the new system isn't functioning properly. Any guidance would be great guys; again with the interview date coming up soon I hope you can appreciate my urgency. I can only think of calling the embassy tomorrow.

I had my interview in February this year. All they wanted to see was the appointment letter. I am sure if you explain the situation when you reach the embassy you will be fine. I found the interview at the embassy the easiest part of the K-1 process.
