Hi guys,

We just file our AOS last Nov 14, we already received the NOA1, I would like to know how long should I wait for our interview and green card to arrived. Pleas share your timelines..thank you. I live in San MAte California, i hope tehre's somebody out there who live near our place..

here is my timeline, kindly post your timeline in this message thank you..

Oct. 28, 2006 - POE San francisco

Nov. 7 , 2006 - wedding

Nov. 14, 2006 - apply for AOS

Nov. 14, 2006 - apply for SS#

Nov. 20, 2006 - SS Arrived

Nov. 22 - Apply for California ID & Drivers License ( Driver 's Written exma passed)

Nov. 28 - NOA 1 arrived

Dec. 1 - California ID arrived

My wife just received her green card today. It took 86 days, I am not from your area but I have seen people from California get theres even sooner than us!

Email stating "EAD approval noticed mailed"

Email stating "EAD card production ordered"

Green card arrives!!!

EAD card arrives.

(Wasted $180 because green card arrived first)

hello myyulia,

From the readings I did here in VJ, the timelines of each petitioners are different. Some are still waiting for their AOS for two years since they filed. Some had their AOS, without going through interviews, etc..the quick way.

As for the timeline of other Vjer's, you can go to their profile and click on their timeline. Others are seen as part of the signature. I filed May '06, I had my interview August '06, and I am still waiting. At least the district office is processing now as of May '06 receipt.

Anyway, good luck to you and yes, have a lot of patience. I hope you get it the fast way.

By the way, did you apply for EAD?
