good day!

the PD estimator says that my PD may become current this october, i just want to know what kind of preparations i need to do to expedite the process of my case. thank you all in advance!

Here is a link to the DoS website that will assist you in preparing to complete the visa process:

Notice the links for Payment, Document Collection and Interview Preparation within the page on the link above.

I strongly suggest you do not start anything until you receive guidance fron NVC, as some documents (like the Police Certificate) are time-sensitive, meaning they have expiration dates and such); just familiarize yourself in the mean time with what will be needed from your end to provide the NVC.
