My sister in law was born in the Philippines but since has moved to Belgium and has became a Belgium citizen she now now wants to come to the United State to live and work can anyone tell me what she need to do?

Well as I said years ago she met and married a guy from Belgium obviously the moved ther from the Philippines where she was born since that time they have divorced and now she wants to move to USA to live & work as nurse she has been here to visit for a couple of weeks being a Belgium citizen she does not need a visa only a passport but she needs to know if she makes the move what and where she needs to go so that she can stay in USA

She cannot move to the US. You think she should come as a tourist on her Belgian passport and then overstay and live illegally? She cannot stay in the US.

Belgium is a great place to live and work. Since she's a Citizen there, she gets a great deal on stuff, there.
