Can someone explain to me why Google translate would say that the female name: айка means "nut"

I've never heard in my life about RUB female name "Айка". It could be something like a not real nickname or completely made up name. Or not RUB name, borrowed from some other culture/language. Unless you mean name "Райка" what it a small version of name "Раиса" (like "small" Rick from Richard).
