Hi all,

Another quick question-- this is my last minute before filing every documents...

I'm on ESTA right now, but I used to be F1...

Therefore, on the packet, I am thinking of filing my i20, visa, i94, transcript, and certificate just in case.

To prove that I didn't intend to come to the US with marriage, I'm thinking of filing my return ticket in case.

Is it a good idea?

I would like to hear your opinion,

Thanks,

The fact that you had a F1 visa at some time in the past is irrelevant. What is relevant is that you are now on the VWP. You are not in a separate category because you had a F1 before.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
