I had my bio metrics on 9/8 and havent recieved letter for interview,just a RFE and it says my EAD card is on production and my AP is mailed,but still dont have them in hand.....Probably you will have them in same time.Is Your EAD approved?What does the case status says?

My case status is still on Initial Review. So I am guessing I will get my GC faster than my EAD.

I didn't see a new thread for August 2013 AOS Filers so thought to start off...... I just mailed out my AOS+EAD+AP package yesterday! Hope to receive the receipts by next week.

My case status is still on Initial Review. So I am guessing I will get my GC faster than my EAD.

they just dont change it so often,probably will jump on post decision activity just like that

Just got EAD today!

congrats when did the card go in production?

mine went in production last week but haven't received a tracking number from UPS or notice to say it got sent.

Just wondering the standard time it is usually received

2013-08-20 (DAY 8) Noa1 received via Text around 11pm, next day was email. Received my case numbers

2013-08-23 (Day 11)- received hard copy in mail for Noa1 gc , Work permit

2013-08-30 (Day 18) Received Biometrics appointment letter in the mail.

2013-09-17 (Day 25) biometrics appointment day @2pm Detriot

2013-09-25 (Day 33) received text and email , I485 changed to testing and interview

2013-10-02 (Day 40) received text message and email @7am about my interview date

2013-10-04 (Day 42) Received hard copy interview letter in the mail

2013-10-10 (Day 48) Work permit Card in production

2013-10-16 (Day 54) 2nd Text and email @830am Work permit in Production

2013-10-21 (Day 59) text/email notice 10am . Work Permit sent

2013-10-21(Day 59)Text/ email @9pm received text with tracking number -2 day delievery

2013-10-24(Day 62) received my work permit in the mail.

Glad to see there are already a lot of EAP approvals from mid-August filers. Congrats!

Anxious to hear about my work permit application status... Done with biometrics and no RFE so far, but I made a serious error in the application form (stupid typo on critical Question#16 of I-765) which will most likely cause a denial. If that's the case then I wish I get the denial confirmation ASAP, so that I could re-file while my AOS is pending and avoid the fees. AOS interview is on Nov 13th.

Anyone in a similar case? Any thoughts?

2013-08-13 - Sent AOS package (I-485/I-765/I-131 for K1; I-485/I-131 for K2)

2013-08-21 - E-notification text & email with case numbers. Receipt date for I-485 was 2013-08-15. Receipt date for I-765 and I-131 was 2013-08-20.

2013-08-24 - Received hard copy NOA1 for K1's I-485, I-765, and I-131. No NOA1 received for K2's I-485 and I-131.

2013-08-30 - Received biometrics appointment letters for 2013-09-13. Sent Request for Rescheduling form to re-reschedule biometrics.

2013-09-04 - Biometrics processing stamp (early walk-in / Infopass)

2013-09-10 - Received a second set of biometrics appointment letters so I sent back copies of our biometrics processing stamps to three offices: Alexandria BPU, NBC, and Vermont Service Center.

2013-09-23 - E-notification: change of Case Status (I-485 K1&K2 ready for interview scheduling)

2013-09-26 - Received a third biometrics appointment letter (to K1 only). Ignored.

2013-10-10 - E-notification: Interview appointment notice for 11/13/13

2013-10-14 - Received hard copy interview letter in the mail

2013-10-18 - E-notification: "name change relating to I-765"; E-notification: 1-131 approved (K1)

2013-10-22 - Received AOS interview cancellation notice by mail

2013-10-23 - E-notification: change of Case Status (I-485 K1&K2 interview cancelled) ; E-notification: I-765 approved; E-notification: 1-131 approved (K2)

12/09/2013 - Green Card was mailed!

12/11/2013 - GC received! 2 months and 1 day from the NOA1

Got e-mail alert that my interview has been scheduled for November 26th !!!

wow..good luck..i see nyc is moving pretty fast..

July 29, 2013 : Package sent to Chicago Lockbox.

August 1, 2013 : USPS confirmed package has been delivered.
August 5,2013:got e_mail/text notification for all 3 forms.

August 6,2013:Checks cashed.

August 8, 2013 : NOA received for all three applications.

August 12,2013:Just received biometrics appointment letter in the mail,for Sept.5.

August 21,2013:Biometrics done.

September 03, 2013 : Email/Text notification for I-485, stating that it is in the "Testing and Interview" stage.

September 25,2013:Card production ordered for EAD.

October 3,2013: EAD card mailed.

October 5, 2013: EAD card received

November 27th,2013:received text ,e-mail notification for interview date for Jan .3rd

Hey , i got 3 texts all together my second text was the 16th then today the 21st another one came to say it got sent.

then i will receive another later with tracking number.

Usually the first notice is approval, then second is to say they are making the card. Then third is the card is made and sent

so you will be expecting another text within 5 days or so to say it has been sent.

Why do you expect receiving a RFE?

Pamala - how do you know when your EAD has been sent ? My EAD went into production on October 16th but then I had another notice that it had gone into production today (21st) does anyone know why I would have two messages of the same notice?

I also had had two status changes before it said they mailed it directly to the address they had on the file, and then the status changed again and said USPS picked up the package and provided tracking number. So You should have your EAD this week :-)
