08/01/2013 (1 day) - USCIS received my application

08/12/2013 (12 days)- I received Biometrics appointment notice via mail

08/29/2013 (29 days)- Biometrics Walk-in

09/05/2013 (37 days)- Received online notifications of I-485 application changed to Testing & Interview

09/25/2013 (57 days)- AED in production

10/07/2013 (68 days)- AED in my hands

10/11/2013 (72 days) received Interview date on Nov 18 2013.

I didn't see a new thread for August 2013 AOS Filers so thought to start off...... I just mailed out my AOS+EAD+AP package yesterday! Hope to receive the receipts by next week.

Recieved a RFE yesterday

Request for Evidence

On September 9, 2013, we mailed a notice requesting initial evidence in this case. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the evidence requested. Meanwhile, processing of this case is on hold until we either receive the evidence or the opportunity to submit it expires. Once you submit the evidence requested and a decision is made, you will be notified by mail. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

2013-08-20 (DAY 8) Noa1 received via Text around 11pm, next day was email. Received my case numbers

2013-08-23 (Day 11)- received hard copy in mail for Noa1 gc , Work permit

2013-08-30 (Day 18) Received Biometrics appointment letter in the mail.

2013-09-17 (Day 25) biometrics appointment day @2pm Detriot

2013-09-25 (Day 33) received text and email , I485 changed to testing and interview

2013-10-02 (Day 40) received text message and email @7am about my interview date

2013-10-04 (Day 42) Received hard copy interview letter in the mail

2013-10-10 (Day 48) Work permit Card in production

2013-10-16 (Day 54) 2nd Text and email @830am Work permit in Production

2013-10-21 (Day 59) text/email notice 10am . Work Permit sent

2013-10-21(Day 59)Text/ email @9pm received text with tracking number -2 day delievery

2013-10-24(Day 62) received my work permit in the mail.

Hi.

Did you receive any text or email about this before you get something in the mail? Are you done with your biometrics already?

Now, I am getting worried about getting an RFE? Does it affect the application at all?

no i didnt i just checked my status online uscis website and it came up with my receipt number with my work permit.My biometrics is in 6 days

it will only delay it alittle depends on what it is and how quick i can sent it back.

But you already had an appointment with the biometric right? I dont think it will be cancelled due to your RFE. It should still be the same appointment even though you have RFE right?

yes i will still have my original bio appointment it wont change that

Your I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS is now ready for interview scheduling. When scheduling is complete, you will receive a notice with a time and place for your interview. If you have not received the notice within 30 days of the date the notice is mailed, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further assistance.

We rec'd the same message yesterday. Anyone know on average how far out from now of when the interview will be? Hoping to get it done before I go to pre-deployment training at the end of the month.

Also, is there a link to show where the interview will be? I live in 93436 zip.

We rec'd the same message yesterday. Anyone know on average how far out from now of when the interview will be? Hoping to get it done before I go to pre-deployment training at the end of the month.

Anyone already approved for AOS August filler? .....We sent our forms on August 9th and still no sign for AOS just for AP and EAD that are approved and now waiting them to recieve them.Our case is in NBC and probably we will not have interviue,bit dont know for sure.

I had my bio metrics on 9/8 and havent recieved letter for interview,just a RFE and it says my EAD card is on production and my AP is mailed,but still dont have them in hand.....Probably you will have them in same time.Is Your EAD approved?What does the case status says?
