Our case was sent to them by NVC on 7/24/13, but we haven't heard from them yet. I heard that that embassies are pretty quick to start the process after case has been received, but what's causing the delay here, we don't know. What we should be doing at this time besides emailing and calling Casa embassy? I am adviser that they are the one who send the interview letter out and it can't be setup on line.

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

the only thing you can do is to keep emailing them until you get an answer. I read that they don't answer the phone and if they do they just hang up.

Another VJ member told me that it's been a month since NVC sent the package to Casa and he has not received a response yet from the consulate.

Good Luck.
