Had to postpone USEM interview in June; now it's so hard to reeked!

We had our interview originally scheduled for June 10, but then my fiancee got sick, and then her mom got sick, and then I got sick. It was the weekend, and I couldn't reach the USEM people. Got a hold of someone the morning of, and asked to reschedule online. I was told it would be no problem. Later, when I tried to resked online, it wouldn't allow me to enter our BPI receipt number to show payment!

Upon emailing, the reply said our case was "closed!" #######! When time ran out, I had to return to the US, and I rec'd a reply that said I had to send a JPEG of our BPI payment. After we had done that, I rec'd an email to call.

After spending days calling, I was told to wait for my fiancee's Letter of Eligibility. After verifying that she rec'd it, I was told to wait for an email response.

So here we sit just waiting. We need to schedule our interview to get our medical, etc. Just a holding pattern. Anyone with suggestions?

By the way, the title should say, "resked"--damn you, auto correct!
