Yeh, I have the big sticker for my previous O-1 with the visa number, control number etc. I was referring to it as a stamp because that's what it's usually called > http://www.yale.edu/oiss/immigration/visa/

The O-1 sticker currently in my passport expired in June 2013. I was in Australia, waiting the approval of my new O-1 application, back in January 2013. It was approved, the original i-797b notice was fedex'd over to me and I flew back to the USA on January 26. I have an i-94 stamped for the same date, expiring Jan 2016(according to the new O-1).

08/29/2013 - Application received by Chicago Lockbox

09/04/2013 - Received USCIS confirmation emails and checks were cashed

Any ideas people? This is the part of the i-485 I'm referring to http://d.pr/i/N40Z

Should I just leave blank? Or attach a note, that refers to a separate page where I can explain my situation? or use the visa number from the old O-1 and the expiry date on my i-94, which is Jan 2016.

Basically, I have my old O-1 page sticker in my passport. It expired in June this year. It doesn't matter though, because I was approved for my current O-1 in January this year(I changed employers). I just didn't get the NEW sticker when I was back in Australia, because my O-1 at the time(old version) hadn't expired yet.

Thanks

I would use the visa number on the visa in your passport (which is now expired) and new, extended expiration date.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
