Hi I m trying to find some answers for my husband, He requested a copy of his I94, first wrong place of entry was put in. Letter was written to VT office back in June we just got RFE stating that they cannot find him. We resent letter expaining mistake.

In the meantime we got notice that his EAD has been approved and the card should be here within 30 days. Does this mean that they found the I94? How can this be?

Also does this mean FBI check came back clean?

We are a bit confused on how this is woring.
