I'm preparing my packet 3 forms and hoping to mail them out today, for special delivery tomorrow. My medical is on Wednesday.

Should I send all of this together or do they have to be separate?

The website says "Assemble all of the documents required in support of your application" but that link just goes to a "this page has moved" page. Is it meant to be this page? http://london.usembassy.gov/application_documents.html

I think I have all of those except the affidavit of support, which my fiance will be mailing me soon. I don't need to do an affidavit of support do I? It's just the US petitioner?

DS 2001 goes with packet 3 if you have the Affidavit of Support and evidence.

It is to tell them that you are ready to interview. Without the Affidavit, you are not ready to interview.

Just send off the other DS forms and send DS 2001 and cover letter once you have received the documents from your fiancé.

And no you don't need to fill out an Affidavit if your fiancé is sponsoring you.
