I'm surprised you got to talk to a person without first dialing 11 328984 004 78773 894304- -430-3937 776326 389949 90040 7677 3290940-48 7895-5-595747849 0-4=-4048437

LOL. That is too funny! I called up T-Mobile once and they have that automated voice that asks you to say what you are calling for etc. so I said "Your mother" and they put me right through to a live person without any hassles! My husband and I laughed so hard I couldn't compose myself as I was talking.

Keltic: I think customer service is going down the drain no matter where you go. You did a great thing by not stooping to her level and I totally think talking to a superviser or filing a complaint is the way to go. I stopped taking ####### from people and started complaining to higer ups. I also let people know when they are doing an awesome job.

Leatherman's and Gerber's are great tools. They are very much superior than the Swiss Army Knife.

yeah but that magnifying glass and pair of tweezers in the swiss army knife is real handy when you run into a cactus out in the field :P

Screw the tweezers...I'll take the Gerbers pliers when I get some shrapnel in my buttocks.

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

Did you get her name? If you raise enough of a ruckus about her to a supervisor, I'm sure you could get reimbursed since they ruined the surprise and were rude to you.

thanks... her name was hope... ironic, huh?

yeah short for hopeless..

But in all fairness the person on the end of the phone is usually not to blame for stuff like this. It's the idiots in management who think up these stupid policies. I mean for ###### sake. How can they stuff that up..

Hey- did u know that giving someone a knife is the same as wishing you could "cut" the friendship? It is according to feng shui, a very bad karma gift indeed! Yikes.

Actually, if you get your loved one to give you a penny, they're 'buying' the knife, thus it won't 'cut your love'. Or so goes the old wives tale.
