Sure, I will let you know the result, and please pray for me.

I call national Visa Center, and State visa, and. I talked to 3 different people from NVC and two of them said: This is just nothing as long she has her passport and BC, and the 3rd person said I don't give you any information, just that's not my job. and I also talked someone from State visa Dep, and he said just contact your consular in that country. We don't do this stuff..... what do you guys think?

I still think the same thing I stated before in this thread. Mention it to the CO at your interview. It is an understandable mistake and the CO can make sure all your information is entered into their system correctly..Your passport and birth certificate show your correct birth date and those things are required at the interview anyway.

Hello brothers and sisters. So my fiance had interview, they really gave her hard time and her interview was really long. The officer finally gave her a white pepper which says this office regrets to inform you that it is unable to issu a visa because you have been found ineligible to receive a visa under section 221 (g) of the immigration prohibits the issuance of visa to any one whose application doesn't comply with the provisions of the immigration and nationality act or regulations issued pursuant thereto.

please bring in the following documents/ take the fallowing actions:

*More photos

*Money transfer receipts

and come back Thursday, wensday and Monday.

So please what do you think? did my fiance visa has fully denia or still okay but they need more photos since we gave them only few?

please give me some advice. thanks

I advise you to give over exactly what they are asking for, in the manner and way described in the letter.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Basically what you are in is AP (administrative processing). They have given you what they need so they can render a decision so i would get it to them as fast as possible.

Interesting those two things. I would gather you didn't submit alot of pics. So do that ASAP.

So today My fiance went there and she brought 100 pictures and also money receipts. The officer said acually I don't even need the money receipts even though he told her to bring it. He took the pictures and he said you done, give me your passport I will put the visa on it. She handed her passport and he said actually your Passport doesn't work. Instead I will give you a travel document so you can use that one instead. He told her to come back tomorrow because it's already 5:30 pm. I'm now excited and I want to say thank you everyone in this forum. thank you thank you thank you.
