USCIS:

I-130 RECEIVED: 8/2/13

I-129f RECEIVED: 8/21/13

I-130 & I-129f: TRANSFERRED TO CSC 2/7/14

I-130 & I-129f: APPROVED 2/20/14

NVC:

3/4/14: NVC Case Received

3/7/14: Email that case number and IIN assigned, DS 261 and AOS fee available to pay

3/14/14: JUST seen the email because I wasn't expecting it so soon. Paid AOS FEE & filed ds 261

3/21/14: AOS paid, cover sheet printed

4/28/14: AOS sent

4/28/14: IV paid

5/5/14: IV submitted

in the process of sending civil docs for IV package...thennnnnn...dun dun...NOOOO checklist i hope! lol

I've was also received a hard copy with transfer to CSC yesterday.

Have you checked your case status? Does the case status have the same message as the text?

I've just checked case status still has the second notice from 24 Jan.

No emails no text message for us yet.

30 May 2014: Called NVC spoke with supervisor. The supervisor could not open the 2013 Transcripts we've sent in our AOS package on April21, because it was downloaded from IRS site. He said it was password protected.

We scanned the transcript and sent it to the supervisor at nvcinquiry@state.gov.

The supervisor was kind enough to wait on the phone and confirm that he has received our email with scanned transcripts attachments.

Supervisor asked another 3 weeks to review our cases.

01 Jun 2014: We sent 2 separate emails (one case # for each parent ) "Response to Checklist" to nvcelectronic@state.gov complete with all the attachments scanned into pdf.

04 Jun 2014 : Case Complete for both parents! ?

25 Jun 2014 : Medical done

22 Jul 2014 : Montreal interview. Approved! ?

09Sep2014 : Entry at Niagara-Buffalo Peace Bridge Officer also requested Green Card and SSN. We have received the Green Cards but we never received SIN. We requested the SIN cards again in November at Local Office and receiver the cards in one week.

Oh thats awesome. I am really glad to know it at least changes when the transfer is made. I was thinking that i wouldn't know until i got the hardcopy although i dont think im gonna transfer until they reach my k3 number sad.png which is up in the 7's. Thanks so much! And congrats.

Aditya, has anyone transferred yet that also has a 129f out there on top of the 130 like me?

Just to let you know that our case seemed to jump into the transfer line based on our I-129F, as we were July filers (PD July 24) for the I-130, and our I-129F was Aug 2nd.... our transfer happened today, along with other filers in August it appears.

I'm not certain if this means you'll wait until later in August for a transfer based on your I-129F, or not... good luck!

Aug 12: Alien Registration Number was changed, I-129F.

2014: Jan 28/29/30: - 3 transfer notices for I-130 and I-129F.

Feb 3 - Hard copy arrived -Notice of transfer to Texas stating Jan 29th.

Feb 10 - NOA2

Feb 27 - email stating I-130 being sent to NVC from TSC.

March 6 -NVC received our case.

April 7 - CASE NUMBER yay! IIN and BIN obtained and email given.

April 9 - DS261 available and filled in online.

April 9 - AOS not yet payable but visible.

April 10 - email regarding NVC case number and access to DS261 received/ email regarding AOS received and paid.

April 11 - AOS sent by snail mail.

April 14 - AOS arrived per mail tracking.

April 15 - IV bill received via email, IV bill paid/ in process, IV package sent.

April 18 - IV bill showing paid/ DS-260 available and done!

- AOS scanned into their system.

April 21 - IV package arrived per mail tracking.

April 24 - IV scanned into their system.

May 2 - False checklist for IV documents= AOS approval.

May 13 - NVC rep reported ? missing Police certificate via my phone call.

- Supervisor review initiated.

May 14 - Checklist for Police certificate came via email.

- Sent checklisted documentation priority post!

May 15 - Package delivered per mail tracking.

May 19 - Case COMPLETE!! Police certificate found by NVC:)

May 28 - Case complete email arrived.

May 30 - Assigned Interview date!

June 2 - Interview letter arrived via email.

June 11- Medical appointment Surrey, BC

July 8 - Interview in Montreal!! APPROVED!!!!!!!! July 10 - Visa package and passport in hand!! July 23 - POE!!

I checked status of our case today and it says that it was transfered on 1/28/14. We didnt get any e-mails yet and since we are in Russia we'll have to wait pretty long till we get our hard copy. And I have a friend her priority date was just like mine (and she got two e-mails - one says her case was transfered on 1/27/14 and another one says it was transfered on 1/28/14....

Nothings certain with these people. But thanks so much because that definitely calms my nerves quite a bit! Hopefully youtr approval comes quickly as well
