This doesn't seem real after months of nothing.. I've almost gotten used to it.. Once I see my case transfer I will probably still not believe it haha ?

What is your priority date ?

Would you like to be added to the transfer sheet ?

Wish me luck at POE guys! At London Heathrow waiting to board my flight to the US! It will be amazing if we get our transfer while I'm there!!! I'll be cracking open a champagne if we do!

looks like there is no transfers as of yesterday.....

You gotta wait till 10:40 AM Central

That's when Lee's Summit starts working.

They transfer all the way to 5 PM Central

does anyone have "Case not found" when you put your MSC number

My MSC says that for my 130. It was never entered into the system. I hate it. But they say it means nothing. My question is, if it hasnt been entered and I tell you this, why cant ya just enter it!? But my 129f is there. Makes no sense. But what does around them?

I'm trying to stay away form the uscis website, yesterday I've checked our status like 4-5 times!

I-130 RECEIVED: 8/2/13

I-129f RECEIVED: 8/21/13

I-130 & I-129f: TRANSFERRED TO CSC 2/7/14

I-130 & I-129f: APPROVED 2/20/14

NVC:

3/4/14: NVC Case Received

3/7/14: Email that case number and IIN assigned, DS 261 and AOS fee available to pay

3/14/14: JUST seen the email because I wasn't expecting it so soon. Paid AOS FEE & filed ds 261

3/21/14: AOS paid, cover sheet printed

4/28/14: AOS sent

4/28/14: IV paid

5/5/14: IV submitted

in the process of sending civil docs for IV package...thennnnnn...dun dun...NOOOO checklist i hope! lol

i heard of this as long as uscis can see your case on their end your ok

Ahahah don't worry only 4-5 times because I'm a teacher so when I'm at work my phone stays off and I can't check :) it would be WAY more if I could!!

Well we were able to pay our first NVC fee last night and file the 261 designation form. For us, she used me, cause my internet is just better, and faster than in the Philippines, so it looks like it is moving forward. So I just pray it will continue and pray that everyone else is and will go quickly.
