dancin5hr.gif

What's your MSC numbers ? First 6 or 7 digit.

Hi! I'm slightly confused on how this works for example our case is MSC 139170XXXX we filed 8/19, does this mean we can expect a transfer soon??? Then after its transferred how long do we wait until we here if we're approved or not, or will the transfer letter say we're approved and transferred. Sorry I'm just having anxiety I guess lol!

I have been a silent observer for a long time, I feel like I know all of you regulars. Thank you to everyone here to help bring some sense of sanity and order to the disarray that is this process at USCIS. Hoping the August transfers go fast and to CSC :-)

I am a Aug 13 NOA-1 for the i-130

Aug 27 NOA-1 for the 129f and the k3...

I have been in contact with staffers from my senator's office they have been very helpful, I am trying to decide if after the 27th I should push my K3 case as it would be outside the published 5month window. I am hesitating now because I worry that it might throw a wrench in my 130 transfer and approval process. What do you guys think?

Thanks again for such a informative and helpful thread...

Do not anything now. Please wait for the transfers and than do service request for your k3.

NBC won't do anything if you create request now.ClockWatch2.gif
