Hey guys!

just looked at my timeline and even though I know I shouldn't rely on it, I saw that my estimated NOA2 approval would be between April and may...???

I really hope things will start changing at the end of the month and that we ll start seeing lots of approval!!!

I'm refusing to look at my timeline until the first week of October!!! Good thing is that I'm off to the States on Thursday, so I have kind of forgotten about the petition for abit. Been running around getting things ready for the trip and most importantly, gathering my evidence of ties to Greece!!

God willing, I'll be in my husband's arms on Thursday night!dancin5hr.gif At least for the 3 weeks I'm there!

hi hi, we filed I130 on 8/12, package received by USCIS on 8/13...received text and email on 8/14 with an 8/13 PD..I can't remember exactly but I think we received NOA1 in the mail about 8/23...our application is being processed by the VSC

That is correct, the VSC is handling the F-2A visa's... there have been some that have flown through NOA2 i think, i recall seeing some when going through the forums....

keeping yourself occupied really does help, but lets see what happens with this new NBC gig, hopefully they start cranking these bad boys out...

Just joining this thread for our CR1 I130/I485, NOA1 PD is 8/26, notice date is 8/28, and just did biometrics today 9/23. Unlike what seems to be the case with the rest of you, it's at Lee's Summit.

that is because you you are doing adjustment of status (485) and wea re not adjusting status, we are going through the entire process...

Sent my I-130 on 07/21 , Chicago Lockbox . And received the NOA1 from NBC (Overland Park, Kansas) on 08/26 . The application is in Initial Review.

Was going through forums on this site and saw that some of March fillers been approved .

Yes. Just now... But her case was at CSC. (No one knows why her file was routed to CSC. )
