August filers should have already begun.

We have two from Aug 1 and Aug 2 - you gotta wait till people circle back on the forum.

Remember, its only mid-day in the chicago time zone right now.

There's plenty of today and the rest of the week.

I'm trying to remain positive for me and my wife but sometimes I get so emotional.............OMG! I'm supposed to be the man I keep reminding myself...............our PD is August 06, MSC139163xxxx. I just hope next week brings good tidings, this wait is killing............

I also believe they are at August 1. I have also checked quite a few in the 600 series. 610.... is 8/2 (not transferred) and 625... 8/5.

Mailed I-130 overnight-8/28/2013

Hello,

I've checked "My Case Status" and found we were transferred.

On January 22, 2014, we transferred your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed.

Please updates the spreadsheet.

I will let you know when I learn what service center we are :)

27 May 2014 : Received Checklist: asking 2013 Transcript (one checklist for each parent)

30 May 2014: Called NVC spoke with supervisor. The supervisor could not open the 2013 Transcripts we've sent in our AOS package on April21, because it was downloaded from IRS site. He said it was password protected.

We scanned the transcript and sent it to the supervisor at nvcinquiry@state.gov.

The supervisor was kind enough to wait on the phone and confirm that he has received our email with scanned transcripts attachments.

Supervisor asked another 3 weeks to review our cases.

01 Jun 2014: We sent 2 separate emails (one case # for each parent ) "Response to Checklist" to nvcelectronic@state.gov complete with all the attachments scanned into pdf.

04 Jun 2014 : Case Complete for both parents! ?

25 Jun 2014 : Medical done

22 Jul 2014 : Montreal interview. Approved! ?

09Sep2014 : Entry at Niagara-Buffalo Peace Bridge Officer also requested Green Card and SSN. We have received the Green Cards but we never received SIN. We requested the SIN cards again in November at Local Office and receiver the cards in one week.

How do you guys check other peoples case number?

We don't.

We randomly enter combinations (in a serial order that is consecutive to the receipts of VJ filers who were transferred recently) and expect to hit i-130 petitions.

Receipt numbers are randomly assigned and we often find "batches" of i-130 petitions.

Again this is not perfect.

We don't know if we necessarily intercept spousal i-130s. It could be adopted children, parents etc.

I cannot even begin to comprehend about how to comfort you.

The NBC where I files are at the moment plus TSC, CSC and Nebraska are all not affected by North east weather.

I really do hope that they keep working so we can join in the fun with ALL of July's filers.

me either..lol...my husband gets so upset at me cuz "its not good for the baby"...I have my ups and downs ....just hard...im still hopeful don't get me wrong. :)

Dude.. all the way upto MSC1391607224 are transferred..

Although, July has 31 days

I got nothing yet but that numbers about 2441 before me. rofl.gif yes I counted....maybe i'll have it by Friday...I can only imagine how many august 1st there are alone. Im just worried about getting an RFE at this point lol

5/5/14: IV submitted

in the process of sending civil docs for IV package...thennnnnn...dun dun...NOOOO checklist i hope! lol

that number plus 2442 got transferred today

It says up to 7224 got transferred today....I am 2,441 numbers after that lmfao...im sure i'll get edited but does it really matter? lol...I did not get transferred yet
