But this timeline totally sucks....I just booked tickets to spend almost 7 weeks with my husband in India (luckily my job is letting me work while I am there) for may/june so we can at least be together for our anniversary. BUT who knows when we will meet again after that! I was hoping that maybe by June end he might reach interview stage but now its looking like we will be lucky to have NOA2 by then

I do not understand why is NBC having timelines for processing I-130 petition as March 08/ 2013 posted at their website????

They do not process cases.

I don't get it... if the whole point of transferring and approving petitions in July was to improve their processcing times, then why the F%^K are they still showing 8.7 months on the update?!

Or did they realise that we have caught on to their game and decided against using their brand new improved hugely manipulated statistics??

5 months, 19 days, a million tears, even double kicks that he can not witness, at least 20 doctors appointments he missed, 7 ultrasounds, 100's of opportunities to hold his wife while feeling the effects of their unborn child, over 170 days of wishful thinking.....more than 4 lives, in the hands of this lovely government system, that wouldn't and couldn't go a few days If any without their family. My heart is slowly breaking and Im definitely losing hope, while my husband still remains optimistic that he will see his son born "si Dios quieres"...sigh. I don't have his faith I guess. Everything here in the East is opening or opening late. We shall see what today brings my friends. Good luck.

I cannot even begin to comprehend about how to comfort you.

The NBC where I files are at the moment plus TSC, CSC and Nebraska are all not affected by North east weather.

I really do hope that they keep working so we can join in the fun with ALL of July's filers.

On January 21, 2014, we transferred this case I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN to another office for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow any instructions provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

I could see the transfers of MSC1391607001 & 2 , happened today Jan 22nd. I suspects these files are from august. I keep checking it with diff numbers. they says transferred. Dont know i may be right or wrong.
