rank 16 boys and girls !!!

Maybe I am missing something, I come to this website for help and information in processing my petition and eventual application for my wife and daughters VISA. SOmetimes like all of us feel it is too slow and taking way too long-

seeing other peoples NOA2- is VERY encouraging--

Maybe I am looking in the wrong place? is there an easier way to find this information- or is the FORUMS for some other purpose.

I don't understand the pages and pages of posts that do not provide any pertinent information -- I am not worried about RANK in VISA JOURNEY- I am worried about WHEN I can expect to get my petition passed on to the NVC and WHAT if anything I can do to prepare for that day so the time wasted in the NVC is minimal.

I must admit- when I have to go through page after page after page to find ANY news of relevance- it is NOT working for me- --

Maybe I am a wet noodle- or a party pooper but the website is getting difficult to maneuver and supplying little or no relevant information-

Just my humble opinion- and IF I can FIND information that I am looking for faster - maybe I just need to KNOW WHERE that can be found- and maybe the FORUMS is for other purposes??

The forums are meant for discussion. If you'd like to focus only on data regarding approvals, check out the Timelines page linked at the top. Sorting by most recent NOA2 for CR1/IR1 should give you what you're looking for: http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/k1list.php?cfl=0&op1=i&op2=d&op3=5&op4=1&op5=5,6,8,10,11,13,14,15,16,17,18,20,21,22,25,26,27,28,108,110,111,208,210,211&op6=All&op66=All&op7=All&dfile=No&adv= Additional filters are available if you're primarily concerned about approvals from a certain service center. Igor's list also has a nice graphical representation of VJ member approvals by month: http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/monthly_filers.php?form=2&visa=3&scenter=4&option=2&sortby=2

You should also look at the January NVC filer thread and study the first two posts so that you're ready for the next stage when it comes.

Hey, if it is not working for you don't use it. This forum is for information sure, but this thread is for August i130 filers, people who want to talk to others about their experiences, their pain and get a little comfort on their situation. If you are looking for something specific, search the VJ site there are many dedicated threads for many topics and this will provide you all the detail you want without having to engage in chat.

It is quite funny that you say you are not interested in "rank" but have no idea what it is, the rank is a thread on a USICS owned site which we are all commenting on so that people, much like yourself, can be tell USCIS what they feel in the hope that they will listen and speed things up, reuniting people with their loved ones. There are 346 topics and the treatment of USC's for the i130 is topic number 8, a great achievement from the VJ members in just 3-4 days.

This conversation gives hope and comfort to a community of people who are living without their life partners, this is perhaps the hardest thing to do, so if i have to scan through a few pages to find things so that others can be that slightly happier, then so be it.

Personally, I think it would be great if you joined the discussion

Hi! Visa Journey has a wealth of information and with time/ patience you'll be able to navigate the site, the forums and have your questions answered. My opinion is as follows this is visa journey.com not a USCIS so if you don't want to hear the journey part of it than log onto a USCIS website and hire a lawyer some people know no one who has been through this or can afford a lawyer and need people to discuss what's going on with USCIS. HENCE THE JOURNEY PART OF VISAJOURNEY BEST OF LUCK!

That's a good question. Your I-129K filing info comes up although the I-130 doesn't, so I'm guessing it's something to do with having both. Maybe Igor's list only recognizes one or the other. I think that's worth asking the mods about.
