Yes, when you get to NVC stage they'll send you instructions listing the documentation you have to provide with your application. So you'll use that checklist of documentation specifying the police cert to get your CNCC, which will be sent right to London.

I have been speaking with USCIS in London, who by the way are actually very good, and i think we will DCF at the end of Feb when we qualify. He even said he will take our application and email that they will accept it before i have to withdraw my other one. I think that the process in the US is going to take so much time, this way will be quicker and cleaner......

At some point they had to/or will stop transferring as the new ones are going to the service center. I am thinking would it be good to make the cut off for transfer or sit here and as soon as Lee summit or Overland Park are up and running we get approved. Maybe they keep Aug-Oct?

Whether or not we get transferred, USCIS will amaze us one way or the other. I was just hoping and wishing Lee's summit and Overland park employees dont clip on unemployment benefits and rather earn their bread and butter approving us! It will only help us and the economy!

Thats IF it even opens. To be honest, it makes sense that they cut off at some point in anticipation of this opening and starting to approve petitions.....
