Thats a priority date.

That is the date USCIS acknowledges the receipt.

Meaning, even if its sitting in their mailroom, that counts as a workday - on which they received the package

i am going to sit back and wait... i dont like to roller coaster myself with good and bad news.... just being patient and seeing what happens. I have seen good and bad already and have realized, to focus on my relaitonship with my wife... other than that, i dont have control of when it is transferred or when it is approved. cray5ol.gif

Let me conform it,, MSC1391570500 to 684.. PD is 27th July( Saturday).. All cases transfers today..

check it out and get ready for transfers in this week.

Are these MSC numbers only applied to I-130 petitions or are they applied to other types of applications? Because according to my MSC number that would mean there are approximately about 80,000 more cases ahead of me and my PD or Receipt date is August 9th. Not holding my breath on getting a transfer in the next week or two.

I think MSC numbers include all sorts of petitions, not just I-130s

I believe msc numbers includes all the petitions that are received at the national benefit centre, which used to be called the Missouri Service Center. So it's not just I-130s. But a lot of them are, judging by my forays into typing random msc numbers into the uscis form.

Assuming we take the current upper bound successful date of 07/29 as the start date, we've got the 30th and the 31st left.

We should see our first August approvals day-after.

I still think it will be a few weeks before August transfers start
