It looks like they are transferring (they=NBC) i-129 petitions to CSC.

Therefore i-130 petitions are not being transferred to CSC.

Because NBC is transferring i-129s with priority.

Another explanation (possibly) is that all service centers are FULL with petitions from early May-Late July that are hitting the 60 day marks.

If they're all at capacity, NBC won't transfer more.

Yikes.

Did you know that around May, some filers took 7 months JUST to transfer ?

I hope and pray that we are not going in that direction.

Because there's too many of them.

NBC only does expedites and/or dcfs i believe.

Before this, NBC used to transfer the part where "regular" adjudication happens --- to USCIS local offices.

Before local offices, it was CSC/VSC.

So, they've, i think at least, only ever been transferrers.

And now they can't transfer anymore because the service centers are full.

I think there was alot of filers in july and they ar bambarded something will give in a week or two we just need to calm down the good news is that being are being approved now its not like its stagnent like it was a few months ago july is haveing enough movement for us to keep positive. We will be transferred soon we have to if its true the national benefits center is just a place for transfering cases than they have to transfer august cases soon.

It's possible that they're not moving on to August yet because August filers are at just about 5 months.

I would have to agree with Kaylara. I don't think we will see transfers till beginning of Feb. That will put all Aug filers in the 6 month mark. Add the 60 days they claim on transfer notices, it brings us all closer to the 8.4 month processing time they are claiming.

But then.. I'm just speculating. .
