I have some cases from MSC1391550XXX to MSC1391670XXX.

Go on USCIS case status website and try to put any 10 digit MSC numbers.

You will see result.

It ll takes a time to find out I-30 fillers.

But as I mentioned last post,, check that numbers on USCIS website.

I'm basing my estimates off the other months' transfer sheets, which look like:

March 25-30: transferred November 7-14

April 25-30: transferred December 2-4

May 25-30: transferred December 17

June 25-30: transferred December 26-30

Maybe it won't happen that way for you guys, but there's good precedent set that 5 days' worth of PDs will take a week or less to transfer.

Do you remember when DACA was put out and they just dropped the i-130s and processing times ballooned ?

It looks like that workload transfer for the [ i-129 for employer to extend the stay of a H1-B ] is doing the same thing to the IR transfers all over.

It did not move past July 22nd this whole week.

~~~~
The other thing that I have noticed they've started doing is not mentioning the transfer date on the status update online:
Before it used to say - On XXX, XXX we transferred your petition to a local office. Now it just reads this.
The I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office.
This look funny to ya ?
They have not even done all the MSC139155XXXX yet.
Actually they haven't even done the MSC139154XXXX yet to be honest.
I don't know if that's new. I believe mine had the date on it in case status, but the notices I got in email go like this:
Second notice:
On November 6, 2013, we transferred your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, to your local USCIS Office for further processing.
Third notice:
The I-129F petition is valid for four months from the date of approval by USCIS. A Consular Officer can extend the validity of the petition if it expires before visa processing is completed.
Just read this. Im sure its just typical information. But technically this means my 129f is already expired lol...such faith I have in this system
Are you referring to the K3 ?
They don't do i-129F/K3 anymore - even if you file it.
It has to go through the i-130 process. *sigh*
Yes. I have filed both. I was told to file it and have heard both ways. They do and they dont. So it was worth a shot. Anything is/ was worth a shot. Then a friend of ours got approved for his k3 in october. I was shocked but it happened. So I still remain hopeful if it was going to be quicker. If it was quicker id be willing to pay the extra. Didn't care. As long as I didnt give birth alone. Funny thing is how no one ever even entered my 130 into the system so I cant even check the status. And my 129f was entered immediately. Crazy how things work there!
I only know of the one for a fact sweetie. But like i said. Anything to me is worth a shot even if its in the dark. And the stats for k3 say 5 months. NOT that it means a darn thing what their website says.
