No, California has been the fastest by far up until now. They might slow down though, since there's been a work load from a different immigrant class there in the past few weeks. Nebraska is second fastest as far as I can tell (although I just got approved, and people who were transferred after me had already been approved, so there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it.) and Texas is dead last, and also throwing out a lot of bizarre RFE's.

This are some exciting news i hope they keep up the pace and approve faster and more lol :)

Thanks a lot:)

Hey thanks. But hat do you say to a senators office? I guess you don't speak to the actual senator!. Can you only call when your i130 is out of their guideline times?

You can call the senators office whenever you want. Tell them you have a pending I-130 and you want them to do an inquiry. They will send you a release form to sign and scan or fax back. As soon as they get that from you , they will do an inquiry. No, you don't have to be out of the processing times to inquire. August filers have only been waiting for 4 months. you'll probably get the usual response they send to everyone..." current processing times are 6 months from the date of this notice" but at least they know your asking LOL

California does have fastest record. Somehow mine got stuck it seems and though 99 % of cases that I saw here and on USCIS around my case, got approved or had RFE (were worked on), mine is just sitting. Almost 30 days now....so maybe mine got affected in some way or the person working on mine went for long Christmas vacation lol. I'd have even taken RFE at this point. USCIS and it's ways... No rhyme no reason.

Naturalized citizen since September 2018
