I am getting a little frustrated. i over nighted my AOS pkt on 6/2, i called NVC today and rep said that it still isnt in the system..

How long does it normally take for it to show once they have received the packet?

I hope it doesn’t take that long!!!(KEEP FINGERS CROSSED)

I really regret to say that calling the NVC is so depressing!!!

On May 21st, I called the NVC and I got my case # and IIN. Funny I still can’t login to fill the DS-261 form. Called back again and I was told it could take a month for the numbers to be released into the system.

i was told that you can only pay the AOS & IV fee together if you have a lawyer. (which i dont) so i would have to wait about 30 days for them to process the DS-261 & the AOS pkt before i would be able to pay the IV fee.

I have been calling 3x a wk to see if i have any updates. For some reason they had my email wrong and i have never received anything from them.

I called the NVC yesterday asking about the delay of releasing my IV fees to be paid. I was told that I have to wait till they process my DS-261 first ... which may take 30 business days. I’m so sick of waiting!!!

Also, I have sent my AOS package and they received it on Friday as the mail tracking shows. At the NVC still not having any records that they have it….

It seems still untouched

Im starting to lose patience here...please anyone help if possible!

Does USCIS ALWAYS update changes? Our RFE was sent over 3 weeks ago but the case hasn't changed to rfe response review, as it did for the first rfe we got.

We are getting close to our deadline for responding...less than two weeks and i don't know what to do!!

The response was sent via regular mail so there is no way to check if it was actually delivered...

HELP!!!!

I was told the same thing.. that i would have to wait for them to process my DS-261, rep said the entered in on 6/5 and entered my AOS on 6/6. I over nighted my AOS pkt on 6/2, they should have received it 6/3 by noon. I just think what if i didnt overnight it?

I have been looking at different peoples NVC Journey, and it shouldnt be too long... I am also getting very inpatient, but i think its because we are so close to being finished with this whole process.. and i just cant wait..

keep me updated, since we are on the same road..

Hello..

Do you know if we have to take an appointment for the medical test/exam prior to going for the interview ? I was under the impression that it will be taken care of at the time of interview, but I could be wrong.
