Hi Guys! My pd is aug 13 and got transferred on feb 05 2014 to Texas... Its been 3 months already and still no approval.. So i would like someoneeee to please tell me what to do or if this is normal! .?

I am in the same situation. PD August 27, transferred to Texas on Feb 19 and nothing!

Hubby put in a request last week. Now 30 more days to wait....

Did anybody here had case sent back from NVC (national visa center) to uscis?

I see that Deep35472 had the similar issue as you have. I believe it took 2-3 weeks for his case to get back to NVC.

I'm wondering what the need of such a procedure that requires the NVC to send back your case to the USCIS office, and is that gonna affect the timeline (20-30 business days) in order to obtain a case number?

usually people have gotten approval shortly after such updates. Keep your fingers crossed.
