hello, my I-130 been transfered to texas service center in mid november and i requested for expedite service for my wife in december due to typhoon hyan. i got a email notice on the first week of january 2014 saying that i met the requirements for expedite service and ill be notified within 30 days. its been now 7 months since NOA1 and over two months since my email epedite notice. i been calling for status update but only to be told that its still in process. dose anyone have the same or simalar situation as I. is their anything i can do. thank you

Who are you talking to at USCIS, make sure you talk to tier-2? Since you were approved for expedite , you should be able to get some traction from tier-2 and get them to open a case for you. Immediately contact your senator's office explaining the situation. Get an infopass appointment if none of the above work.

they received my RFE in 14 March and nothing yet many many people got RFE from Nebreska CS and Texas SC they got approved after week when they received their RFE ....but CSC is really soooo bad with that ...like me 15 days and i think it will take 8 months now ...april now :cry::cry::ranting::ranting:

I am an august filer, notice date of 8-23-13 and feb 19 transfered to CSC march 11 RFE march 27 received, any ideas how much longer till NOA2?

i check my case status i seen 3 people aroud me CSC they received their RFE .....1 in 20 March and 2 on 17 March ...i am 14 and nothing what soo...what happen exactly with my case i think i will denied ????

my wife she will call them on monday and will see what they say ...really sucks ...september got approved after they received RFE nothing for me at all :cry::ranting::protest::oops::oops::oops::ranting::ranting::ranting::ranting::ranting::ranting::ranting::ranting:
